Driveways
4–6 inch slab on compacted gravel with rebar, broom finish and saw-cut joints. Old asphalt or concrete removed.
Driveways, patios, walkways and steps built on a real gravel base with rebar, control joints and an air-entrained mix that holds up to freeze-thaw. Plus brick and block repair when the old stuff starts to crumble.
Most concrete is priced per square foot, depending on thickness, finish and how much digging and base prep the site needs.

Concrete keeps getting stronger for about a month. We'll leave you a card with dates for your slab, but here's the general rule for a standard mix in warm weather.
We only pour when overnight lows stay well above freezing, which in the Gallatin Valley usually means May through mid-October.
Ask about schedulingWe measure, check the grade and drainage, and talk finish options.

I've been finishing concrete in the Gallatin Valley since 2004 and started Brannock in 2015. My brother Jesse runs the masonry side.
We're a crew of six. We do the dig-out, base and pour ourselves, so nobody's pointing fingers if something isn't right.
Winters, we book next season's estimates, do indoor masonry repair and ski when we can.
We're based in Bozeman and work from Manhattan to Livingston and up to Big Sky. Mountain jobs with tricky access get a site visit first.
About seven days for cars in warm weather and around 28 days for heavy trucks or trailers. We leave you a card with the dates for your pour.
Stamped and colored concrete usually costs about half again to double what a plain broom finish does, because of the color, stamping labor and sealing. It also needs resealing every few years.
Yes. We break it up, haul it to a recycler and price it as its own line on your estimate.
When the job needs one, such as some driveway approaches and work in the public right-of-way, we pull it and include the fee in your estimate.
All concrete can crack a little. Our job is to make sure it cracks at the control joints we cut, not across the middle, by using a good base, reinforcement and the right joint spacing.
Usually May to mid-October here. We book estimates year-round, and spring dates fill up by March.
Tell us about the project. We'll call to set up a site visit, usually within two business days.
